Challenge: Creating interfaces for two network management products for admins.

Solution: Deliverables included user research, strategic consultation, feature taxonomy and classification, interface and visual design, and an implementation guide.

My part: For their first product I worked with a team at frog design to deliver a complete set of templates and interaction models. When I left frog, they asked for similar work on their second product, and for help with product and marketing design, tutorial development, HTML production -- whatever I could do to relieve bottlenecks.
