Challenge: Facilitating communication and collaboration between disparate companies via a secure web portal.

Solution: A task-based interface with shared tools and intelligent messaging.

My part: I created a set of storyboards for portal membership and accounting task scenarios. These storyboards served to explain the interaction model to business-minded decision makers and to serve as high-level schematics to guide implementation engineers.
