Challenge: Hotwire.com's internal teams were at odds on how to improve the site, and the dissonance was visible. A previous redesign attempt had failed due to a focus on aesthetics over strategic objectives.

Solution: I proposed an incremental approach to change. I worked with the team to identify the pain points and set priorities.

My part: I delivered page designs for the homepage and main section pages. Their structures were based on a standardized grid, and came with guides for visual style, content mapping, and feature growth.
