Challenge: With more than 80 applications under their brand, i2 struggled with how to display and structure information.
Solution: We designed a flexible framework that facilitated browsing by business need or industry, making information easy to find without becoming overwhelming.
My part: I contributed research, workflow modeling, information architecture, and visual design. I also created an online guide to improve brand consistency worldwide.
