Challenge: A powerful tool to get business travelers online, iPassConnect's frustrating interface was designed by engineers.

Solution: We simplified and clarified the interface, standardizing the interaction.

My part: I performed field research, created workflow models, information architecture, schematics, interaction models, user testing materials, and visual design mockups.
