Project: Moving Postcard

Challenge: My husband and I bought our first house, and wanted to let friends and family know we were moving.

Solution: I created this postcard, based on the Monopoly board game.

My part: Inspired by a similar example in one of my favorite design books, A Smile in the Mind, I set about illustrating this well-known icon.

The street name was correct, but the price bore no relation to the San Francisco housing market.
